Much improved over the last owners where it was just soso. The beef, pork and chicken portions were all marinated and slow cooked and the dinners were very well presented. ”

“ This review is for the former restaurant, NOT Casa Romero! We have not tried Casa Romero! We love this restaurant!! Weve ordered via GrubHub four times since they opened, and every order was delicious! The menu is exactly the same as Casa Maya, Joses Mexican Cantina, and the nowclosed Hacienda. This one is far superior to the others regarding the quantity and quality of the food. The carnitas are by far our favorite meal, as well as the Camerones al Ajillo appetizer Shrimp in chili oil served with bread. Weve had the burritos, and they were also delicious. We dont have one complaint about Cinco de Mayo. ”

The waiter, Alex, is TOP KNOTCH! 1010 customer service that makes the experience that much better. My go to dish is the ranchero steak and their chicken soup. So delish. I also recommend their chicken chimichanga, their hongos borrachos, and camarones al ajillo. Their new owners have upgraded the taste of their food compared to the previous owners. Made me happy to go back there as the original flavor that I remember from my childhood was finally back. The restaurant is decorated so nicely, and the music choice is great. I like this place very much! ”
“ Tried this place two times so far. Definitely going back more often. The food is great and staff is friendly and accommodating. First time, last minute decision for my family and i to go here to eat. There was 18 of us. The staff did a great job setting up plenty of space and they were very quick. Drinks, appetizers, and meals were in front of us with perfect timing and no one had complaints. If you get a chance to go, try the mushroom appetizer or the shrimp appetizers.... Sooooooo goooood! ”

“ We enjoyed Cinco de Mayo with its warm staff and delicious food. Only open a couple of weeks and they are already very well run. We had the Enchiladas Chicken and Beef and one of the specials Mar y Tierra Chicken, Steak and Shrimp in a mildly spicy light sauce with bell peppers, rice, and a small salad. The special was quite large and the steak was very tender, the chicken juicy and shrimp cooked perfectly. We will certainly be back. ”
